Corporate Social Responsibility

The Earl Group does not only focus on its business operations, we also continuously seek to improve the lives of our host community and other surrounding communities. We do this by providing various forms of support, from building, boreholes, tricycles and many more.

Our Projects

Earl International Group Ghana Gold Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives are aimed at complementing government’s efforts in the provision of basic social infrastructure and services to our host communities, district and region at large. It seeks to positively impact the lives of the people within the named jurisdictions in honor of our social license for continued sustainable mining in the Talensi District.

We also aim to reduce the disparity between our host communities and other parts of the district in terms of quality of life and the provision and access to social infrastructure and services.

It is expected that the four sectors targeted for the CSR drive will benefit large categories of people such as children, women, persons living with disability and men by particularly improving enrolment, teaching and learning in our host communities and district, improve health delivery, access to portable drinking water and hygiene service delivery in various communities improving economic life and welfare of vulnerable groups.

The Earl International CSR Agenda targets four sectors namely Education, Health, Water and Sanitation and Earl-International-For-You (EI4U) Support Initiative.
